Hi! I’m Katie, and I’m so excited you’re here. I’m a coach, teacher, speaker, Human Design expert, and author. 

I remember over five years ago when I landed on my coach’s page for the first time. I was anxious, overwhelmed, and indecisive. I knew I wanted guidance and needed to make a change, but I didn’t know where to start. 

And that was the hardest part—until then, I always knew where to start and which steps to take. I was ambitious, hard-working, and persistent. I’d spent over a decade doing rather than feeling. 

Once I tapped into my feelings, I immediately was overwhelmed. I was constantly anxious, never stopped overthinking, had no confidence in my decisions and no idea how to manifest what I wanted.

So I did what I knew how to do—I tried to outwork the problem.

I spent thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours on healers, astrologers, and coaches. I had close to 50 self-help and personal development books stacked beside my bed, collecting dust. I felt worse than I ever had, and I couldn’t figure out why. Wasn’t I doing everything I could to work on myself? To heal? Why didn’t I feel better?

More importantly,
why did I just keep feeling worse?

Then I realized it— I couldn’t outwork or out-learn my feelings of disconnection, anxiety, overwhelm and the thought that constantly nagged me… life isn’t supposed to feel this way. 

I needed more tools and less information.

In my first Human Design reading, that is exactly what I got. 

Human Design doesn’t just give you information about who you are, but tools you can use to become who you want to be. 

My method is all about using Human Design to get to the root of what is holding you back, breaking it down while building you UP at the same time. 

I completely transformed my life when I surrendered to the process of getting to know myself deeply.
